I’m glad I went with Ground Level on a recent pre-buy inspection. Kalib responded in a timely manor, arrived early and did a very thorough job. The end report that was given was very clean, detailed and all wrapped up in an easy to understand presentable document. Kalib found things that would easily have been overlooked by the average person and although maybe not major issues on some items, it was still good to know they existed and to keep an eye on in the future. I also had Radon testing completed by Ground Level and the report given with this was again very easy to understand and process.
